Easy. You can access the 24-hour Direct Line Service using any Bancaja Visa card (company cards are not included) and make enquiries regarding your accounts by indicating the last 12 digits of the card number and its PIN. For transactions, you will also need a digital signature. More information.

What enquiries and transactions can be performed?

CALL ACCOUNTS

· Make balance and account history enquires for any of the following types of accounts:

· Manage bills: consult bills received in the last 12 months, request copies, pay bills through charges to your accounts and return bills.
· Consult and cancel current direct debit orders.
· Consult any holds currently placed on your accounts.
· Make internal and external transfers, transfer money between your own accounts.
· Make regular transfers: place orders for new transfers and consult and cancel transfer orders already in force.
· Make overseas transfers.
· Request checkbooks and/or promissory notes.
· Pay regular taxes issued by town councils and regional authorities that have signed agreements with Bancaja or by the Generalitat Valenciana.
