Daily withdrawal limit

For security reasons, a daily limit of €1,000 will apply to cash withdrawals at ATMs.

- Sign-up/renewal or possession: IVAJ fee €8.08 every 2 years (subject to change pursuant to the Budget Act of the Regional Government of Valencia).

- Cash withdrawals at any ATM as a debit transaction:

Young people ages 14 to 30 from the Valencian Community are eligible to apply and may do so at any Bancaja branch.

2. Before carrying out any transaction, we will state its cost.

3. We will notify our customers of insufficient funds and non-payments by means of an SMS message.

7. Any piece of information concerning your products or accounts within 24 hours.

8. First we pay your claims; then we study them.

9. We will inform you of the status of your claim within 48 hours.

10. If our ATM does not give you cash, we will pay twice the fee charged for using another.

11. We will replace your card in 24 hours.

13. People under 26 years old will not be charged for their cards.

15. We do not hide or disguise the cost of our services.

16. 15 days to change your mind when you sign up for one of our products.

17. We send up to €600 to your mobile if your card is lost or stolen.
