If you lose your job we will defer your mortgage repayments for 6 months at no cost.
The deferred payments will be paid without additional interest at the end of the loan. The loan can be deferred once every 3 years, providing the titleholder is not behind on payments and lost his/her job in the last three months. In case of breach, we will defer an entire year's repayments at no cost.
We will NOT return household bills.
We will NOT return any household bills with direct debit orders (water, electricity, gas, telephone, etc.) up to an overdraft of €500, whose direct debiting has been arranged by a customer of legal age with no history of non-payments lasting more than 30 days. In case of breach, we will pay €10.
