If our ATM is out-of-order, we will pay you double the fee charged.
If one of our ATMs is out-of-order and you have to use an ATM at another bank to withdraw cash, we will pay you twice the fee charged.
We will not return household bills.
We will not return any household bills with direct debit orders (water, electricity, gas, telephone, etc.) up to an overdraft of €500, whose direct debiting has been arranged by a customer of legal age with no history of non-payments lasting more than 30 days. In case of breach, we will pay €10.
